These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pwin platform, including all gaming products, account services, promotions, and financial transactions. Please read them carefully before registering or using any pwin service.
Key Terms at a Glance
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any pwin service. This is a PAGCOR-mandated requirement applicable to all users across the Philippines, without exception.
pwin operates under a valid PAGCOR license. All gaming activities, financial transactions, and player data handling are subject to PAGCOR regulatory requirements and Philippine law.
All pwin account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso. GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are accepted channels.
Each player may hold only one active pwin account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending bonuses, without prior notice.
All pwin promotions and bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
pwin is committed to responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, request cool-down periods, or apply for self-exclusion at any time through their account settings panel.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pwin ("pwin," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the pwin website located at pwin.lat and all associated gaming services, promotional offers, and account facilities offered therein.
By completing the registration process and creating a pwin account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with pwin's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register for or use any pwin service.
pwin operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Your use of pwin constitutes your submission to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for any disputes arising from or related to these Terms.
Important Notice: pwin services are intended exclusively for personal entertainment use by adult individuals aged 21 years and above, resident in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing pwin is legal in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
Age Requirement. In strict compliance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines, all Players must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any pwin gaming activity. pwin reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify age compliance.
Eligibility Criteria. To register a pwin account, you must:
Know Your Customer ("KYC"). pwin is required by PAGCOR to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, or PhilHealth ID) and, where required, proof of address. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) pwin account only. The creation of multiple accounts—whether under the same identity, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods—is strictly prohibited. pwin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold all balances pending investigation.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pwin login credentials, including your username and password. pwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") via SMS OTP for all accounts. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your pwin account.
Unauthorized Access. You must notify pwin immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. pwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the breach is attributable to the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
Account Closure. You may request the closure of your pwin account at any time by contacting support via live chat (9 AM – 12 MN PHT) or by email at [email protected]. Upon closure request, any pending bets will be settled according to normal game rules. Remaining balance (net of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered GCash or Maya account. Account closure does not waive any obligations already incurred under these Terms.
Account Suspension. pwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of: fraud, identity misrepresentation, underage access, breach of these Terms, collusion, arbitrage exploitation, or activity inconsistent with genuine entertainment play.
Currency. All pwin account transactions—deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonuses—are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pwin does not accept or process foreign currency transactions.
Accepted Payment Methods. pwin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, and Metrobank. Additional payment options may be added or removed at pwin's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit transaction is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed at the time of deposit.
Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to available balance after deduction of active bonus wagering requirements. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically settle within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
Transaction Monitoring. pwin is obligated under Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act 9160, as amended) to monitor and report suspicious financial transactions. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger a compliance review, during which affected transactions may be temporarily held pending investigation.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya credit to your pwin wallet instantly. Any delay longer than 30 minutes should be reported to pwin support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
Game Rules. Each game available on pwin is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the gameplay mechanics only.
RNG Certification. All random number generator ("RNG") games available on pwin—including slots, RNG table games, and virtual sports—use certified RNG technology from licensed game studios. RNG outcomes are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Game Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages are as published by the respective game studios.
Live Casino. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical events (card deals, roulette wheel spins, dice shakes) conducted in studio environments monitored by certified live casino operators. Outcomes are final upon determination and cannot be reversed except in cases of documented studio technical failure.
Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption that prevents a round from completing normally, pwin reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amounts to Players' accounts. pwin's determination of the appropriate outcome in malfunction scenarios is final. No compensation beyond the return of void bet stakes is payable.
Void Bets. pwin reserves the right to void any bet that: was placed using a technical error in the displayed odds or game parameters; exploits a pricing error; was placed in violation of these Terms; or is otherwise identified as being made in bad faith.
General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by pwin are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, as published at the time the promotion is made available. These general Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to a pwin account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first deposit. Reload bonuses and seasonal promotions are available to existing Players meeting the stated eligibility criteria. pwin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus from an account where eligibility criteria are not met.
Abuse Prevention. Any Player found to be exploiting pwin promotions through coordinated betting patterns, bonus arbitrage, collusion, or any other mechanism designed to extract value without genuine entertainment play intent will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may be subject to account suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pwin platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:
Fraud Warning: pwin actively monitors for fraudulent activity in coordination with GCash, Maya, and Philippine banking institutions. Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized payment use, and money laundering activity will be reported to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and law enforcement.
Commitment. pwin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and take seriously our obligations to protect Players from the harms associated with problem gambling.

Underage Protection. pwin strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. Players who discover that a minor has accessed their pwin account must notify pwin support immediately. Parents and guardians are reminded to employ parental control software to prevent unauthorized access to online gaming platforms by persons under 21.

All content on the pwin platform—including but not limited to the pwin brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and marketing materials—is the exclusive property of pwin or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293).
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pwin platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit: copying, redistribution, or republication of any pwin content; use of pwin branding in any commercial context; or creation of derivative works based on pwin intellectual property without express written authorization from pwin.
Platform Availability. pwin endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond pwin's reasonable control (including internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or PAGCOR directives) may result in temporary service unavailability. pwin will not be liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability.
Financial Losses. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. pwin is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Players as a result of gaming activity on the Platform. Players acknowledge that they participate in gaming activities at their own risk and that losing wagers are a normal and expected outcome of gambling.
Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, pwin's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Consequential Losses. pwin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising from or related to the use of the pwin Platform, including loss of earnings, loss of data, or emotional distress, regardless of whether pwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pwin collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) of the Philippines. By registering a pwin account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pwin will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except: (a) as required by PAGCOR or other applicable regulatory authorities; (b) as required by Philippine law enforcement or anti-money laundering authorities; (c) with licensed game providers to the extent necessary for game delivery; or (d) with payment processors to facilitate deposits and withdrawals.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by pwin, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Data access requests may be directed to [email protected].
pwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pwin will provide reasonable notice to Players via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notification on the pwin Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Continued use of the pwin Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Regulatory Oversight. pwin operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints regarding pwin's regulatory compliance may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels.
Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between pwin and a Player, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Final Decisions. pwin's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions taken pursuant to these Terms, and PAGCOR compliance matters are final and binding unless successfully overturned through the formal PAGCOR dispute resolution process.
