pwin does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under the DPA (e.g., health data, religious beliefs, political affiliations) unless specifically required for regulatory compliance purposes and with your explicit consent.

pwin processes your personal information for the following specific, legitimate purposes:

• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, AMLC, NPC, and other Philippine government bodies as required by law or regulatory directive, including mandatory suspicious transaction reports.
• Payment Processors: GCash (Mynt), Maya (PayMaya Philippines), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other licensed payment service providers, solely to the extent necessary to process deposits and withdrawals.

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of the account and for five (5) years following permanent account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the transaction date, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160) and AMLC implementing rules.
• KYC Documents: Retained for five (5) years following the conclusion of the business relationship (account closure), consistent with PAGCOR and AMLC requirements.
• Gaming Session Logs: Retained for three (3) years for audit and dispute resolution purposes, unless a longer period is required by PAGCOR.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for two (2) years following resolution of the relevant support interaction.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents reconstruction of the original personal information.

pwin implements appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

To exercise any of the above rights, contact pwin's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 13. Requests will be acknowledged within five (5) business days and processed within fifteen (15) business days, subject to identity verification and any applicable legal limitations.

pwin's services are strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR requirements applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. pwin does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 21 years of age.

If pwin becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that information will be immediately deleted and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 21 may have created a pwin account or submitted personal information to pwin, please contact support immediately at the details provided in Section 13.

pwin reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law, NPC issuances, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or pwin's data processing practices. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or pwin's data processing practices — pwin will provide advance notice to Players via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notification on the pwin platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the pwin platform following the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any material changes, you may request account closure in accordance with the pwin Terms & Conditions.
